Delhi and northern India are experiencing a severe cold wave, with temperatures dropping significantly. The India Meteorological Department (IMD) forecasts these cold conditions to persist in several northern states, including Delhi, Punjab, and Haryana, through January 11th and 12th. Meanwhile, the IMD has also issued a rainfall alert for Chennai and other districts in Tamil Nadu.
