Indian Railways is launching the Dibrugarh-Gomti Nagar Amrit Bharat Express, a new non-AC train service designed for affordable, high-quality travel. Operating between Assam and Uttar Pradesh via five states, the train will make 40 stops. It aims to serve passengers from lower and lower-middle income categories, with train numbers 15949 and 15950 for the respective routes.
