
Taiwan is intensifying its search for an F-16V pilot who ejected into the sea off the island's east coast during a routine training mission on Monday evening. The pilot, identified as Captain Hsin, parachuted from aircraft number 6700 approximately 10 miles east of Fengbin Township in Hualien. The jet lost contact shortly before the ejection, and the cause of the incident is currently under investigation. Air force, coast guard, and rescue teams are actively searching for the pilot.
