Inspired by American tech millionaire Bryan Johnson's longevity pursuits, Dinakar aims to optimize his well-being through extensive tracking of biomarkers, sleep, and activity using devices and apps. He has begun with a Rs 7,000 blood test and plans to document his journey publicly, emphasizing his goal is to live life to the fullest rather than solely extend lifespan.
