
Genelia D'Souza shared her journey to veganism, which began with giving up meat in 2017 for personal health reasons. Growing up in a non-vegetarian household, her initial understanding of vegetarian food was limited. She gradually reduced meat intake, discovered more vegetarian options, and felt lighter and more disciplined.
