Delhi's transport department has completed construction on four new bus depots in Nangloi, Dwarka, Kohat Enclave, and Rithala. These facilities are ready for handover and will support the government's goal of transitioning the entire public transport fleet to electric buses by year-end. The city has already inducted over 3,500 electric buses and plans to reach approximately 8,000 by year-end, necessitating expanded parking and charging infrastructure.
