Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has directed government officials across all departments and levels, from panchayat to state, to be present in their offices every Monday and Friday to address public grievances. This initiative, effective January 19, aims to tackle the issue of absent officials causing inconvenience to citizens. A complaint register will be maintained and monitored, with arrangements made for visitors. The directive is part of the 'Saat Nischay-3' program focused on improving ease of living.
