The Delhi High Court has directed the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) to expedite the case involving disciplinary proceedings against Sameer Wankhede, stemming from the Cordelia cruise raid allegations. The court noted a CBI case alleging a bribe was sought from an accused in the cruise case, which reportedly stalled Wankhede's inquiry. The High Court instructed CAT to decide the matter by January 14, 2026, or within ten days thereafter, uninfluenced by previous interim orders.
