A delegation from the North East Youth Congress Coordination Committee visited the family of Anjel Chakma in Tripura's Unakoti district. Chakma, a 24-year-old student, was killed in Uttarakhand after reportedly objecting to racial slurs. The delegation, acting on instructions from Rahul Gandhi, offered condolences and emphasized the need for justice, with the Youth Congress president calling for capital punishment for the perpetrators.
