This relief is for completed buildings that adhere to approved plans but missed OC due to expired permits. The guidelines address applications within and beyond two years of completion, involving payment of applicable fees and charges. Deviations in setbacks must be less than 10%, with no front setback deviations allowed, to qualify for an OC.
