A Delhi court has ordered in-camera proceedings for the National Investigation Agency (NIA) case involving leaders of the Popular Front of India (PFI). The special judge requested media personnel to leave the courtroom for the hearing on charges against 20 accused PFI leaders. The NIA previously alleged that the PFI sought to acquire arms and radicalize youth to establish a caliphate in India. The PFI was banned in September 2022 due to alleged links with global terror groups.
