Uttar Pradesh is digitizing land-related administrative processes, including land ownership transfer (Section 34) and land use change (Section 80), to make them simpler, transparent, faster, and citizen-centric. Developed by NIC, the integrated software aims to reduce paperwork for millions of farmers, landowners, and industrialists. The mutation process, regulating name changes in property transfers, will be fully digitized, collecting all necessary information online for digital verification, significantly cutting down traditional processing times and complexities.
