
Veteran Dravidian ideologue L. Ganesan, aged 92, passed away on Sunday at his residence in Thanjavur due to age-related ailments. Ganesan, a former MLA, MP, and presidium chairman of MDMK, was a key figure in the Dravidian movement and participated in anti-Hindi imposition protests. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin and MDMK chief Vaiko offered their condolences, remembering Ganesan's dedication to Tamil identity and the Dravidian ideology.
