Protests erupted in Gwalior, Madhya Pradesh, after a picture of Bhimrao Ambedkar was reportedly burned and offensive slogans were chanted. Dalit organizations, including the Bhim Army and Azad Samaj Party, demanded the National Security Act be invoked against the accused, deeming the initial FIR insufficient.
