The Delhi government has finalized an extensive menu for its official events, featuring a range of Indian dishes including chicken tandoori, mutton rogan josh, paneer tikka, and dal makhani, with popular desserts like gulab jamun. This menu, compiled by the Delhi Tourism and Transport Development Corporation (DTTDC), will be used by empanelled outdoor caterers for functions at various government secretariats. A tender has been floated with a January 23 deadline for caterer selection, offering flexibility for departments to choose from approved vegetarian and non-vegetarian options.
