Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Rajouri district successfully neutralized a 4 kg Improvised Explosive Device (IED) in a forested area following an intelligence tip-off. The joint operation by the Army and police involved a cordon and search, leading to the discovery and controlled destruction of the device. Additional evidence, including empty shells, was secured for forensic analysis. Searches are ongoing to ensure no further threats exist in the region.
