The Delhi High Court has ordered the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) to remove social media posts within 24 hours that link BJP leader Dushyant Kumar Gautam to the Ankita Bhandari murder case. The court granted interim relief in a defamation suit filed by Gautam, finding a prima facie case and restraining defendants from portraying him as the alleged 'VIP' in the matter. The order also directs social media platforms to remove identical content if not taken down by the parties. Gautam stated the ruling was a 'victory of truth'.
