
Venezuela's interim leader Delcy Rodriguez has declared seven days of mourning following a U.S. raid that resulted in the capture of former President Nicolas Maduro. The South American government reported approximately two dozen Venezuelan officers were killed, while Cuba stated 32 of its military personnel also died. Venezuela's attorney general mentioned "dozens" of civilian and military casualties. Clashes at Miraflores Palace and surrounding areas reportedly caused at least 14 deaths and dozens injured.
