Russian strikes overnight in Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk region have left over a million people without water and heating as temperatures dropped below freezing. The Ukrainian air force reported 97 drones attacked, with 27 striking targets, damaging critical energy infrastructure. Similar attacks in Zaporizhzhia also caused power and heating outages. Ukraine's Restoration Minister stated repair work is ongoing to restore services for affected subscribers.
