External Affairs Minister S. Jaishankar highlighted the significant role Luxembourg can play in strengthening India's relationship with the European Union, particularly in trade negotiations. He noted that Luxembourg's support and influence in Brussels are substantial, especially as India is in advanced stages of negotiating a free trade agreement with the EU. Jaishankar expressed confidence in an upswing in India-EU ties by 2026.
