India is proactively forging partnerships and strategies to secure national interests within a cooperative, rules-based global system, according to Principal Secretary to the PM, Shaktikanta Das. Speaking at the Bibek Debroy Memorial Lecture, Das stated that despite global shocks and strained multilateralism, India's economy remains resilient and is on a path to 'Viksit Bharat.' He emphasized that 'Atmanirbharta' (self-reliance) builds domestic capabilities and resilience, not isolation, enabling India to be a credible global partner.
