The National Investigation Agency (NIA) has filed a supplementary chargesheet against Priyanshu Kashyap, a key accused in a case concerning the revival of the banned CPI (Maoist) in northern states. Kashyap, allegedly an in-charge for the outfit's committees in Delhi and Rohtak, was arrested in July 2025. The NIA stated he was involved in ideological indoctrination, recruitment, and dissemination of banned material, operating under a false identity with incriminating documents.
