Addressing a pre-Budget consultation, Saini highlighted past allocations for education and initiatives like Model Sanskriti Colleges and the Haryana State Research Fund. He emphasized aligning educational reforms with the Viksit Bharat 2047 vision and the National Education Policy. Women's welfare, including education, safety, and employment, will also be prioritized, building on previous budget allocations for the Women and Child Development Department.
