The Delhi High Court is set to hear a petition filed by RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav challenging a special court's decision to frame charges against him, his wife Rabri Devi, son Tejashwi Yadav, and 11 others in the alleged IRCTC scam. The charges include cheating, criminal conspiracy, and offenses under the Prevention of Corruption Act. The special court had previously described the transactions as "possibly an instance of crony capitalism." The hearing is scheduled for January 5 before Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma.
