He announced strict action against littering, fines for violators, and urged residents and councillors to maintain sanitation. The initiative aims to reduce waste, promote garbage segregation, and develop city infrastructure, with support from the Municipal Corporation and the NGO Round Glass Foundation adopting two wards.
