TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee launched the 'Abar Jitbe Bangla' campaign, alleging the Election Commission of India (ECI) has wrongly marked living individuals as deceased to disenfranchise voters. He claimed 24 people in one district alone were marked dead. Banerjee also accused the BJP of attempting to revoke voting rights and withholding development funds, framing the BJP as 'Bangla-Birodhi' (anti-Bengal). He vowed to increase TMC's vote share and seats in the upcoming Assembly elections.
