Masked men armed with sticks attacked a Palestinian man and a plant nursery in the occupied West Bank, according to video footage and witnesses. The 67-year-old owner, Basim Saleh Yassin, was reportedly beaten and hospitalized with broken bones and other injuries. Four cars were destroyed. This incident is part of a rise in settler violence, which rights groups and Palestinians describe as a daily occurrence. Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu called the perpetrators 'extremists' and urged law enforcement action.
