J.C.D. Prabhakar, a former AIADMK legislator from Villivakkam, has joined the Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) founded by actor Vijay. Prabhakar, a veteran politician with a long history in AIADMK, including winning elections in 1980 and 2011, met Vijay in Chennai. His political career has seen affiliations with various factions and parties over the decades before his recent move to TVK.
