
A Delhi court has ordered charges to be framed against RJD chief Lalu Prasad Yadav, his wife Rabri Devi, and their children, including Tejashwi Yadav, in the alleged land-for-jobs scam. The court observed that Lalu Prasad used his position as Railway Minister to acquire land parcels for his family through a criminal conspiracy. While the RJD claims political vendetta, ruling alliance partners JD(U) and BJP have welcomed the court's decision and called for Lalu Prasad's resignation.
