This has led to accusations of foul play from opposition parties like Shiv Sena (UBT) and MNS, who are demanding the inclusion of a None of the Above (NOTA) option and considering legal action. Authorities stated that final approval for these unopposed wins rests with the State Election Commission (SEC).
