A waste processing company is accused of transporting garbage at night and burying it near Palheri village, Punjab. The Punjab Pollution Control Board (PPCB) seized five trucks and confirmed the material was municipal solid waste, violating management rules. Chandigarh's mayor stated strict action would be taken if the company is found responsible.
