The Delhi High Court has ordered the Congress and Aam Aadmi Party to remove social media posts within 24 hours that link BJP leader Dushyant Kumar Gautam to the 2022 Ankita Bhandari murder case. The court issued an interim order on a defamation lawsuit filed by Gautam, finding a prima facie case of irreparable harm. The posts, which allegedly identified Gautam as a 'VIP' connected to the case, emerged following an audio clip released by Urmila Sanawar. The BJP has denied any connection, while opposition parties have demanded a CBI probe.
