This paperless initiative also resulted in cost savings of Rs 1.69 lakh. Gupta also addressed a controversy regarding alleged statements by AAP leader Atishi about Guru Tegh Bahadur, stating he acted with 'utmost restraint' and followed parliamentary norms, directing verbatim recording and factual ascertainment before any conclusion.
