The central government has ordered the immediate transfer of numerous IAS and IPS officers belonging to the AGMUT cadre. These transfers involve officers being moved both out of and into Delhi, as well as postings to and from other regions like Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh, and Chandigarh. Notable transfers include the MCD Commissioner and Delhi's Chief Electoral Officer.
