The bench questioned submissions that not all stray dogs pose a danger, citing the example of a dog at AIIMS, and warned against glorifying their presence in hospitals due to hygiene and tick concerns. The court also dismissed proposals like color-coded collars for aggressive dogs, deeming them unrealistic for India's context.
