Security forces in Jammu and Kashmir's Samba district recovered an arms consignment, including two pistols, three magazines, 16 rounds, and a grenade, on Saturday. Officials suspect the weapons were dropped by a Pakistani drone near the International Border. The recovery occurred during heightened security measures ahead of Republic Day celebrations. A joint operation by the Border Security Force and J&K Police led to the find in Paloora village following reports of suspicious drone activity. Investigations are ongoing to identify recipients.
