
Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy announced that the state government will soon introduce a new education policy aligned with the National Education Policy (NEP). A committee of experts has been formed to develop this policy. During a meeting with Himachal Pradesh Education Minister Rohit Thakur, Reddy detailed reforms including the establishment of Young India Integrated Residential Schools (YIIRC) on 25-acre plots costing ₹200 crore each, designed to accommodate students from all communities. Discussions also covered strengthening pre-primary education, enhancing government schools, and upgrading ITIs into Advanced Training Centres.
