The Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee (HSGMC) chief, Jagdish Singh Jhinda, announced the passage of an annual budget exceeding Rs 104 crore during a General House meeting in Kurukshetra. This budget had been pending for months due to internal rifts within the committee. Jhinda stated the budget was unanimously passed with a two-thirds majority, enabling focus on Dharma Prachar, healthcare, education, and support for the needy. Dissenting members, however, held a separate meeting and raised objections.
