Ministers K.N. Nehru and Anbil Mahesh Poyyamozhi laid the foundation stone for a new bus terminus in Tiruverumbur, Tiruchi, on Saturday. Sanctioned at ₹6.10 crore, the terminus will be built on one acre and feature parking for 10 buses, 16 shops, and various amenities. The project aims to serve newly added wards and enhance local transit. The ministers also inaugurated a new Chief Educational Officer office in Cantonment.
