The directive came during a review meeting assessing multiple state initiatives, including the UP Defence Industrial Corridor and the Bundelkhand Industrial Development Authority (BUDA). Goyal emphasized timely project execution to attract investment, boost industrial growth, and create employment. He also set deadlines for BUDA's master plan, infrastructure work orders, and road construction, stressing quality and investor engagement for other projects like the Pharma Park.
