The ED's probe, initiated based on a CBI FIR, alleges illegal appointments of primary teachers, depriving genuine candidates. Searches previously led to the seizure of cash and documents, with further investigation revealing cash deposits and property acquisitions in family members' names. This attachment is part of a larger investigation with total seizures and attachments now around Rs 154.91 crore.
