The Election Commission of India (ECI) has invited citizens to provide feedback on its new ECINet app, with suggestions accepted until January 10, 2026. The app, designed to consolidate nearly 40 existing election-related applications and websites into a single interface, aims to improve voter services and election data dissemination. Trial versions have shown faster availability of polling trends and publication of Index Cards within 72 hours. The platform has been tested in the Bihar Assembly Elections and subsequent bye-elections, and is being refined based on feedback from officials and citizens before its official launch later this month.
