
Sixty-three Naxalites, including 18 women and 36 individuals with a collective bounty exceeding 1.19 crore, surrendered in Dantewada, Chhattisgarh. They cited disillusionment with Maoist ideology and attraction to the state government's rehabilitation policy. The surrendered cadres were active in various divisions of Chhattisgarh and bordering Odisha. They will receive immediate financial assistance and rehabilitation support as per government policy.
