Andhra Pradesh has expanded its Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) to mandal, divisional, and municipal levels, effective January 5, 2026. Eluru District Collector K. Vetriselvi announced the decentralization aims to expedite complaint resolution and improve administrative accessibility. Citizens can now submit grievances at local offices or online via the official portal, with a toll-free helpline also available. This expansion eliminates the need for travel to district headquarters for grievance submission.
