Traffic on NH-66 in Kasaragod, Kerala, was disrupted by over 500 protesters, including MLA A K M Ashraf, opposing the commencement of toll collection at a temporary plaza in Arikady. Protesters cite a violation of the 60 km distance guideline between toll points, as the plaza is only 22 km from the next. Toll operators state the permanent plaza is not yet complete.
