Chief of Defence Staff Gen Anil Chauhan stated that India will achieve its 'Viksit Bharat' (developed India) goal by 2047 with the right direction and speed, emphasizing nationalism. Addressing National Cadet Corps cadets, he described the armed forces as a noble profession and urged the youth to serve the nation. Gen Chauhan highlighted that motivated youth are crucial for the nation to become prosperous, capable, and secure, stressing the importance of timely action and perseverance.
