In Jammu and Kashmir's Budgam district, police have filed two First Information Reports (FIRs) and initiated security proceedings against eleven individuals for unauthorized use of Virtual Private Network (VPN) services. Officials stated the action was taken to maintain law and order and prevent the misuse of digital platforms, citing security reasons for prohibiting VPN use in the Union Territory.
