Mein highlighted the state's fiscal discipline and requested funding for water supply and drainage in urban areas, alongside the strategic Rupai to Wakro Parashuram Kund railway line. The railway project, cleared by the Ministry of Defence, aims to boost connectivity, border infrastructure, and religious tourism.
