The funds, transferred directly to student accounts for academic years 2023-24 and 2024-25, are part of the Delhi Higher and Technical Education Assistance Scheme. Gupta stated this financial aid is an investment in the youth and the nation's future, also noting the release of Rs 19 crore in pending scholarships from a previous government. The event emphasized drawing inspiration from Swami Vivekananda.
