Three suspended Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) legislators, Sanjeev Jha, Kuldeep Kumar, and Jarnail Singh, were prevented by police from entering the Delhi Assembly premises on Wednesday. The AAP MLAs stated their suspension only bars them from House proceedings, not from entering the complex where they intended to visit statues of national figures. They accused the BJP government and Delhi Police of exceeding the scope of their suspension and violating democratic norms, calling the action unprecedented and a misuse of police power.
